Kenzie Powderly Hairstylist, Owner
My name is Kenzie Powderly. I opened Revive Beauty Co. in January of 2022, and I have been doing hair for almost 9 years now! I knew I wanted to be in this industry at the age of 14, when I heard about a local non-profit called Rapha House. At the time they had a program in Southeast Asia helping young girls who were at risk of being sold into sex trafficking by teaching them cosmetology skills. Immediately I knew I wanted to be a part of this, and already loved doing all my friends hair and makeup. Since I finished cosmetology school I have been to Southeast Asia with Rapha house 3 times teaching these girls, which forever changed me. I love that no matter where you are in the world, no matter what language someone speaks, or what background they come from, these skills can be taught to them and empower them! I opened this salon to provide a beautiful and calming space for stylists to grow as much as they envision, with the flexibility they need! I want every client, stylist, and esthetician to feel like family here, and feel revived when they leave!

Hi, I’m Kelsey Cowan! I have Been doing hair for 9 years! I am a Lived in, low maintenance hair color specialist.
When I’m not in the salon, I’m either reading, wrangling my two kids or impulse buying plants!
As an enneagram 9 I LOVE talking about the enneagram and learning fun facts about each unique personality type!
Rachel Day, Hairstylist
My name is Rachel Day and I’ve been a hairstylist since 2017! Some of my favorite things to do in the salon are blonding services and hair extensions. I love fine detail work and customizing each service to the client sitting in my chair—which both of these greatly entail! I love continuing my education in person and online so I can stay as up to date as possible for my guests.
When I’m out of the salon I love to spend time bettering myself doing whatever feels right in the moment! These are a few of my favorite things: spending quality time with loved ones, working out with friends, tending to my plants, small projects around my home, or playing endlessly with my golden retriever.
Kassy Rojas, Hairstylist
Hi my name is Kassandra Rojas , I’m a hairstylist who specializes in all things blonding , extensions, color corrections and makeup . I started my hair journey in Mcallen Texas, then relocated and continued in Colorado , College Station Tx and now Springfield ! I love meeting new people along the way . My family consist of my 13 year old son Adam , my husband , my little sister and my mini dachund. When I’m not doing what I love you can usually find me exploring new restaurants with my family , putting together a home cooked meal , baking or out exploring the beautiful trails in the area . I’m excited to be apart of the Revive beauty Co family and continue to explore the beautiful outdoors of Missouri .

Hello, my name is Lily Guilliams! You may see me doing many different things while in the salon. I am a hairstylist and an esthetician, I also assist the owner Kenzie a few days a week! The running joke when talking about my career is that I do “all the things”, which could not be more true! I also specialize in bridal styling, which is actually the reason i’m in the industry at all! I did my first wedding when I was 14 and have been booking them ever since! In the salon I offer a wide variety of services, you can book anything from a color and cut to a facial or a spray tan! The beauty of being a hairstylist and an esthetician is that there is something to suit all of your needs! If you’re anything like me, when you look good, you feel good, so come see me to receive “all the things” and be the best version of you!
